Computational biology or bioinformatics, working Python or R, and the judgment to say when a result is not yet a finding.

Build the AI scientists: agents that read an organization’s evidence, run analyses, propose experiments and write results back. Measure whether they get better answers because of the fabric.
Strong machine-learning background, deep experience with language models and tool use, and a record of shipping systems that are evaluated, not just demoed.
